Cameron was great to work with. He sold my home in a very reasonable time. His expertise is beyond measure. He was always readily available to answer any questions I had. He is an honest and honorable person. From the beginning I felt very comfortable working with him, I knew I would always get an honest and prompt response from him. Since he is the broker as well as the agent, he was able to save me money by accepting a lower commission than most agents. Whether buying or selling I highly recommend Cameron.

I’ve probably talked with a hundred Realtors over the years and, quite frankly, many of them had left a bad taste with me. Many people don't pick-up on the fact that most Realtors will tell you whatever it is you want to hear in order to get you to sign an agreement with them (I know from firsthand experience. As I once signed an agreement with one of the leading Realtors in the area who lied to my face about the terms of the agreement and I was threatened to be sued by the agent’s real estate brokerage when I wanted to end the agreement...all according to what the Realtor had said we could do, both, verbally and in writing, but the Realtor nor the real estate brokerage would not honor it). Things are completely the opposite with Cameron.  He is 100% truthful and upfront with you.  No B.S.  No games. He knows the market and real estate better than anyone I've ever spoken to, worked with or have been around.  He works hard for you--constantly following through on things and looking over every single detail on agreements and contracts, and will save you a ton of money in the end.  He saved us thousands. As I can't say enough good things about Cameron. And no, he's not a relative. I was a client of his. If you want someone knowledgeable, honest, and hard working to represent your best interest while saving you a lot of $$$ at the same time, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to him and check out his program.
